We believe in taking concrete steps that create real change. We focus on four key United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs):

Goal 4: Quality Education
Goal 5: Gender Equality
By aligning with these goals, we help companies integrate sustainable ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), philanthropy, and social impact into the very core of their business strategies.
Companies with a strong social conscience not only attract and retain top talent but also enjoy higher employee satisfaction and increased customer loyalty. Through our initiatives in mentorship, sponsorship, and leadership, we provide education, cultivate empowerment, foster opportunity, and offer support. Together, we build sustainable projects that impact lives and communities, especially for the younger generation in the slums of Kenya. To date, 600 students have graduated from our programs, with 300 alumni actively engaged and 1,600 students having participated.

The Power of Education to reduce inequality
There is a strong, reciprocal relationship between education and inequality. Education is the most powerful tool for reducing inequalities, promoting social inclusion, and fostering social cohesion. We are committed to improving access to quality and relevant education for all individuals, promoting lifelong learning opportunities, and ensuring equitable and inclusive education systems. By partnering with us, we can break through to a better, safer future.

To develop and enable the EYW Educational Programmes, the EEP and the Experiential Learning Hub for Excellence, to empower and up skill the students of the Schools that we support. We’ve reimagined co-curricular education from a holistic and a smart creative approach.

To ensure academic education for secondary school students, and higher education and job/entrepreneur opportunities for the EYW Alumni members.

To improve the facilities and technology equipment of the Schools where our Educational programmes are enabled with all their basic livelihood needs covered.
