EMPOWERING YOUNG WOMEN THROUGH EDUCATION

EYW

We are an Educational Charity

Empowering Young Women; EYW; It’s a UK-based charity organization to empower young women in underdeveloped countries with a driven focus on education.

I AM A WOMAN. WE ARE A PRIDE is our Motto.

Men and Women supporting women is our belief.

Our journey started in 2017 in the slums of Kenya driven by the desire to support the underprivileged where girl teenagers became our dedication from the ground up by collaborating with numerous schools across the country.

OUR MISSION is to inspire, empower and foster a culture of opportunity to enable young women to play future leadership roles no matter the vulnerable background, facilitating to close the gap of poverty and exclusion as part of the journey.

The way we shape our educational mission for these students is through our Empowering Educational Programme (EEP). With the EEP, we cultivate self-confidence, promote leadership skills, and foster opportunities for both personal and professional growth.

“Let everyone know that we are all One Race, called Human from the first we all burst out of Africa”

— Maria Talbot inspired by Karen Blixten

“Men and Women supporting Women” is embedded in our DNA. It’s our belief.

“We should run this world together”
